I’m completely positive we’re not the only ones, but HH and I have a lot going on right now in our home. Remember in past years how I’ve talked about the furniture-in/furniture-out mode we encounter for college apartment life for our kids? Well, it’s time again.
School starts soon, and we’re moving much of the upstairs furnishings out the door, re-arranging things, and cleaning out. Whew! Last night, we arrived home after a long, tiring day of “hauling” and immediately went to bed. I knew I had no post prepared for you today, but I still slept like a baby! 😉
It’s an exciting time, and we’re gathering things all the way from the opposite end of the state. I tell you this so you won’t be surprised if I get a little lighter with my posts over the next couple of weeks. I’m considering taking a full-on vacation from my blog so I can give my attention to family during this time. I’ll be sure to let you know when I decide on that. 🙂
Somebody Loves You contacted me earlier this week asking if I would tell you about a live-stream event they have this coming Friday (August 7th) beginning at 7 PM on YouTube (link at bottom of post).
Since I don’t know the pastor (Raul Ries), I searched online for information about him and his beliefs. He pastors a large church and appears to be a Bible-teaching pastor with an incredible story.
I came upon this YouTube video from a few years ago, and I was glued this morning as I prepared for worship. It’s pretty long, and the interview with Pastor Ries is toward the end. There is so much before he speaks that you won’t want to miss!
I apologize for the length, but give it a go and watch at your leisure. You will be blessed.
The links for the event are below. Feel free to view all these links and share on social media if you feel led to do it. It looks to be something very special in store for all!
