As summer cranks into full gear, I imagine many of you have pool parties to attend, family gatherings galore, and things like that which require foods for noshing.
Here are some delicious-looking recipes to make and take to a party.
Carrie at Curly Crafty Mom shared her Creamy Peanut Butter Buckeye Dip recipe on Instagram this week. Oh, my! I have no pool nor pool party in my future. Could I not just make a batch of Carrie’s delicious dip and hide in the closet to eat the entire thing??? 🙂
Sheena at Noshtastic has Quick Sausage and Pineapple Party Bites, this awesomely easy appetizer, and bonus(!), it’s gluten-free for those who need that.
Have I mentioned I nearly started a healthy cooking blog (wheat free, dairy free, and sugar free) at one point? Oh, we’ve got so much to discuss!
Julie shares Crack Dip on her blog, Julie’s Eats and Treats. Anything with a name like Crack Dip tells me I HAVE to try it (but, not that I would try Crack. At. All. Y’all.)
Bacon, cheese, Ranch, and sour cream…all the things my family L-O-V-E-S! Yours, too?
Amanda at The Chunky Chef published this amazing Four Ingredient Funfetti Cake Batter Dip. I’m in – with both feet (I mean, hands…both hands)!
Alexa at Fooduzzi (a brilliant twist of her last name, Poduzzi) shares her Healthy Buffalo Chickpea Dip. I usually like cold dips for summer sharing, but this one has a strong stamp of approval. Read about that in her post by clicking on the picture below. Yummy!
The next idea is for your own party or when collaborating with someone else to throw a bash. Our youth group enjoyed this self-serve dinner when moms at church took turns feeding them a snack supper on Sunday nights.
Christy at The Girl Who Ate Everything explains Walking Tacos perfectly. You’re gonna want to host a party just so you can do this! 🙂
Thank you for sharing with us, Christy!
Amy at Living Locurto has lots of party ideas to borrow. I love her fruit presentation here. Fruit is easy, and serving inside waffle cones (loaded into a sand pail) is genius. How fun!
These are good recipes to add to your list of summer take-alongs for fun gatherings. We like being prepared with treats that taste delicious. These certainly look like they fit that description. Making trial run batches are a good idea. Need sample tasters? Ha!
Which recipe will you try first?
I wish you loads of happy, fun gatherings as we trek through our summer days.
