Just sharing an idea today that makes my life simpler. Maybe it would help bring harmony to your home, as well.
Do you have an old dresser around the house not currently in use? Or, maybe an old sideboard, chest of drawers, or something like that?
This antique dresser is located in our guest/nostalgia bedroom.
I’ve turned it into a gift wrap station.
Yours can be anywhere in your home, like a foyer, living room, or bonus room.
(Wherever you have a furniture piece that’s not used otherwise.)
The top drawer of mine houses gift bags, Christmas on the left side, birthday/miscellaneous on the right.
The second drawer contains ribbons, bows, and a plastic basket for scissors, tape, a pen, and gift tags.
The third drawer is for birthday and miscellaneous wrap and tissue paper.
Finally, the bottom drawer is for Christmas wrap, tissue, and tags. I put those things in the bottom drawer because I only need them once a year. Less bending down near the floor throughout the year, y’all!
Now that you know WAY more than you wanted to know about my drawers, why not explore your home for a piece of furniture you can devote solely to wrapping?
Organization brings order and harmony to your home, and it helps you feel that it’s cleaner (whether it is or not, y’all).
