A book I read very, very early in my blogging days is Gardenias for Breakfast.
Our Magnolia trees look ragged this year. When Patricia Neely-Dorsey messaged me on Facebook the other day reminding me to take pictures of her books wih magnolias, I shared my dilemma. Would I even have one?
I’m happy to say we have one! I got busy placing PND books on the table. 🙂
We have one live bloom as center stage.
And, each place setting has their very own embroidered Magnolia napkin.
What is your favorite color teamed with blue and white? I can’t decide on a favorite. Blue and white is pretty with any accent color, I believe.
For today, I went with green – since the green leaves on the Magnolia are so rich.
Green and white plates layer each plate stack, beginning with white DIY Dollar Tree Chargers. I saved blue and white as accent pieces, grounded by a sea of blue and white toile.
Cereal bowls and juice glasses, of course, are necessary at breakfast. Coffee, anyone?
Close your eyes and imagine the aroma. Breathe. Now…wouldn’t that be lovely for breakfast?
